NVIDIA Mellanox MSN3420-CB2RC Spectrum-2 1U Open Ethernet Switch: This is a 48-port SFP28 plus 12-port QSFP28 top-of-rack Ethernet switch built on the NVIDIA Mellanox Spectrum-2 ASIC. The MSN3420-CB2RC is a managed Layer 2/Layer 3 leaf switch with NVIDIA Cumulus Linux pre-installed. This is NOT an InfiniBand switch and NOT a fixed 100GbE-only switch. NVIDIA factory part reference: 920-9N213-00R7-0C0. This is a refurbished unit, tested.

Engineering Context: The MSN3420 platform is built on a single Spectrum-2 ASIC providing 2.4 Tb/s non-blocking switching capacity and 3.58 Bpps of processing capacity. The 48 SFP28 access ports each operate at 10 or 25 GbE; the 12 QSFP28 uplink ports each operate at 40 or 100 GbE and support 4x10/4x25 breakout. The Spectrum-2 ASIC delivers fully shared packet buffers, hardware VXLAN routing, IPv6 ACLs at line rate, and streaming telemetry. The MSN3420-CB2RC ships with C2P (Connector-to-Power, back-to-front) airflow.
