We build network hardware from what the industry wrote off

T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS manufactures high-speed switches, adapter cards and cables to your work order. About 95% of our raw material is end-of-life electronics, rebuilt and tested before it ships to customers on every continent.

Production flow · intake, recovery, build

Electronic scrap goes in, a tested product comes out

Equipment arrives as raw material. It is catalogued, inspected and split by part type. The recovered parts meet again at assembly, where each product is built to its bill of materials and your work order.

Intake

In order
  1. Electronic scrap

End-of-life equipment from data centers and companies.

  2. Receiving

    Raw material arrives.

  3. Sort and catalogue

Each item is identified and recorded in inventory.

  4. Inspection

Checked for damage, then split by part type.

Recovery

Four lanes, side by side
  • Boards and cards

Repaired and rebuilt. A card that cannot be repaired gives its working components to other cards.

  • Chassis

    Metalwork, finishing and paint.

  • Power supplies and fans

    Refurbished and remanufactured.

  • Cables

Cable and connectors recovered for reuse.

Build

In order, per work order
  1. Assembly

Built to the bill of materials and the customer's work order.

  2. Firmware and OS

Compatible firmware and operating system loaded.

  3. Final test

Every unit is tested before it ships.

  4. Tested product

A switch, adapter card or cable, ready to ship.

Low-tech hands, high-tech knowledge

The bench work is deliberately low-tech: inspection, soldering, metalwork, paint and assembly. The knowledge behind it is not.

Years of part numbers, firmware versions, airflow variants and repair records sit in our database. Our team works with AI tools and large language models on top of that data, to work out how to rebuild almost any end-of-life item: the correct airflow, the compatible firmware, the right operating system.

Every step in detail

T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS is an independent manufacturer. Product names keep the original maker’s brand and part number, so you can match them to your fleet. We are not affiliated with or authorized by those makers.

The line from intake to test: a pallet of incoming equipment, shelving and a label printer for cataloguing, an assembly bench with an adapter card and heatsink, and a test bench with a switch connected to a monitor showing a pass.

What we make

Every unit is built to the specification in the customer’s work order. Our products are compatible with, and remanufactured from, equipment originally made by NVIDIA, Cisco, Juniper and other makers.

ProductSpeedsWhat we buildRecovered inputs
Switches10–400Gb/sEthernet and InfiniBand switches, configured per order: airflow direction, power supplies, fans, firmware and operating system.Chassis from scrapped switches, metal-worked, finished and repainted. Refurbished power supplies and fans. Recovered motherboards, CPUs and memory.
Adapter cards10–400Gb/sNetwork adapter cards, repaired, rebuilt and tested.Cards pulled from end-of-life equipment. Working components harvested from cards that are beyond repair.
Cables10–800Gb/sCopper and fiber, active and passive, Ethernet and InfiniBand.Cable and connectors (SFP, QSFP, QSFP56, QSFP112) recovered from cable sent for recycling.

Rails, fans and power supplies are sold as spares in their own product lines. The small share of material we cannot recover, such as new components and consumables, we buy from suppliers.

Manufacturing by requirement

Send the requirement. We work out how to build it.

We do not sell from a catalogue of what happens to be on the shelf. Buyers come to us with end-of-life items nobody else will support, with incompatible firmware, or with a configuration that was never offered new. We find the answer in our data and on the bench.

Recycling recovers metal. Remanufacturing keeps the engineering.

A switch stays a switch, and a working component goes back to work. For you, that means enterprise-grade networking built to your specification, at a fraction of the cost of new equipment, from a supplier that can still build what the original maker has stopped making.

Questions buyers ask

Not answered here? Contact us.

Is T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS the original manufacturer of the hardware it sells?
No. T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS is an independent manufacturer. Its products are compatible with, and remanufactured from, equipment originally made by NVIDIA, Cisco, Juniper and other makers. It is not affiliated with or authorized by those companies. NVIDIA and Mellanox are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.
What does T.E.S IT-SOLUTIONS build its products from?
About 95% of its raw material, by its own estimate more, is end-of-life electronics: data-center hardware retired on a refresh schedule while its boards, optics and chassis still have years of service left. The small share it cannot recover, such as new components and consumables, it buys from suppliers.
Which speeds can you build?
Switches and adapter cards at 10, 25, 40, 56, 100, 200 and 400Gb/s. Cables at the same speeds and at 800Gb/s, in copper and fiber, active and passive, Ethernet and InfiniBand.
Can you build something the original maker no longer supplies?
Often, yes. Send the requirement: an end-of-life spare, a firmware the rest of your fleet runs, a reverse-airflow switch, a cable at an exact length and speed. We work out the build from our database of part numbers, firmware versions, airflow variants and repair records, source the recovered parts, build the unit and test it.
How is a switch configured before it ships?
To the work order: airflow direction, power supplies, fans, firmware and operating system. The chassis comes from a scrapped switch, metal-worked, finished and repainted; power supplies and fans are refurbished; motherboards, CPUs and memory are recovered. Every switch is tested before it ships.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Customers are in the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, France and across Europe, and in Japan, Korea, Singapore, India and Australia.
How long does a build to order take?
It depends on the build and on which recovered parts we already have. We state the lead time in every quote, with the price and the configuration for your approval, so you know the date before you order. Units in stock are listed with their stock status on each product page.
